Jake Ploch has extensive experience in technical service and support, currently serving as a Lab Technician at Helwig Carbon Products since December 2020. Previously, Jake worked as a Field Service Technician at American Industrial Motor Service from April 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included traveling to customer locations for servicing shredder motors and liquid rheostat tanks, conducting installations, and engaging in wear part sales to attract new clients. Jake holds a degree in Welding Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College, earned between 2005 and 2007.
