Ivan Rego serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Helvetic Payroll since December 2018, overseeing operations in finance, invoicing, HR, and payroll. Key responsibilities include managing diverse teams, defining company strategy and budget, ensuring operational efficiency, developing KPIs, and measuring stakeholder satisfaction. Previously, Ivan held the position of Head of the SubPayroll division, where leadership focused on revenue growth and establishing the division as a new activity within the company. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at EY in payroll and people advisory services, and an agent position at Swissport. Ivan completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics at HEG and is pursuing a federal diploma in social insurance, with additional education in economics and commercial expertise through various institutions.
