Zura Gamtenadze

Component Manager - Local Self-government Engagement at Helvetas

Zura Gamtenadze currently serves as the Private Sector Engagement Manager at Helvetas, where responsibilities include managing consultants, coordinating research for Local Economic Development, overseeing grant components, and leading training sessions on MSD and LED approaches. In addition to this role, Zura holds multiple positions as a Visiting Lecturer at various universities, including International Black Sea University, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and Alte University, teaching subjects such as Principles of Management, Applied Economics, and Strategic Management. As the Executive Director of the Regional Sustainable Development Institute, Zura is involved in organizational management, financial monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Previous experience includes a role as the Business Administration Program Coordinator at Guram Tavartkiladze University and as a Political Analyst at the Parliament of Georgia. Zura's academic background includes ongoing Ph.D. studies in Economics and degrees in Public Governance and Political Science from prestigious institutions.
