Vjollca Behluli is an experienced professional engaged in various advisory and managerial roles focused on governance and business development. Vjollca currently serves as an Advisor and Good Governance Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since September 2018. Concurrently, Vjollca holds the position of Business Development Officer at S4RE HELVETAS since January 2018 and has served as a Senior Project Officer and Senior Business Development Officer at DEMOS, HELVETAS Intercooperation since January 2015. Vjollca’s career includes significant roles such as Local Governance Adviser for UNDP/KFOS/CDF and Support/Incentive Fund Manager for both USAID/DEMI and the Urban Institute, starting in October 2010. Vjollca's academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Roehampton, a Master’s Degree in Local Governance and Democratic Society from the University Kadri Zeka, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Prishtina.
