Lutjona Lula is an experienced communications and public relations professional with a strong focus on development projects and youth engagement in Albania. Currently serving as the Communication and Public Relations Manager for the RisiAlbania Project at Helvetas, Lutjona is responsible for managing communication strategies, outreach, and stakeholder coordination. Previous roles include Communications and Outreach Manager for the 'Debating EU at University Level' project, Junior Research Consultant at OSCE, and Lecturer in International Relations at Universiteti Marin Barleti. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master of Arts in South East European Studies from the University of Belgrade and various international academic exposures, Lutjona also holds a certificate in Strategic Communication for Non-Profits, demonstrating expertise in communication management and advocacy.
