Dave Milliner is an experienced professional with a robust background in business operations and environmental initiatives. As Co-Founder and COO at HELPSY since December 2015, Dave has been instrumental in creating a clothing collection and recycling company focused on reducing textile waste. Simultaneously, as Principal at AD&D Partners LLC, also established in December 2015, Dave provides financial and strategic support aimed at fostering growth and innovation within the reuse and recycling sectors. Prior to these roles, Dave served in various capacities including Systems Administrator, Office Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Project Coordinator at Huggins Actuarial Services, Inc., contributing to the firm’s recognition as one of the top actuarial consulting firms in the United States. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, earned in 1999.
