San Agarwal is a Nurse Engineer Scientist (RN, comp sci, Ayurveddoc) with a diverse range of work experience. From 2021 to present, San has served as the President/CEO of Helpsy Clinic, a non-profit/foundation that serves people with serious illnesses. From 2016 to present, San has been the CEO & CTO of Helpsy Health, where they developed a solution to address symptom management and supportive care needs of patients. During this same time period, San also held roles as a Health Care Consulting and Advisory CTO/CMO for UCSF Entrepreneurs, NSF i-corp Lean Launchpad, the Global Entrepreneurs Summit, private health tech companies, AstraZeneca, and start-ups. From 2016 to 2021, San worked as a Clinical Nurse at El Camino Health. From 2014 to 2016, San worked as a Clinical Research Nurse at UCSF Health. From 2012 to 2013, San was a Symptom Management Researcher, Cancer Nurse in both research and clinical settings at UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. From 2013 to 2014, San was a Cancer Nurse Leader at Stanford Hospital & Clinics. From 2012 to 2013, San was a RN Hem-Onc at Mayo Clinic. From 2009 to present, San has been an Integrative Medicine and Symptom Management practitioner, Clinical Ayurveda and Yoga Specialist, and RN at My Holistic Nurse. Finally, from 2006 to 2016, San was the Head of Mobile Development at Qik.

They obtained a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Pune Univesity in 1999, followed by an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Arizona State University in 2003. In 2011, San Agarawal received a BSN in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Samuel Merritt University. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in IDEO Design thinking, Design thinking in Health Care from the Executive Education program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. In the same year, San Agarawal also completed the Startup Garage and Startup Design thinking programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2015, they completed the NSF i-corp Lean Launchpad Incubator program at University of California, San Francisco, and obtained a Stanford Business School - Ignite certification from Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2015, San Agarawal also received a Masters in Executive education courses in entrepreneurship, stratergy and marketing from Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2016, they obtained a Clinical Ayurveda Specialist and Ayurveda Health Practitioner certification from California college of Ayurveda. San Agarawal is currently enrolled in a Masters program in Artificial Intelligence healthcare at Stanford University, and is expected to receive a Nurse Practitioner - NP/Phd in Digital Health and Navigation from the University of California, San Francisco in 2023. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts - MA in Yoga-Shastra from Kaivalyadham Center, Mumai, India.
