Amanda Stançani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and project management. Currently serving as Support Manager and Head of Support at Helpjuice since December 2017, Amanda has previously held the position of Customer Happiness Officer. Prior to Helpjuice, Amanda worked as an intern in CAD development at STMicroelectronics, contributing to the creation of a templating solution for XML data, and as a Student Researcher at CNPq, focusing on the role of Information Systems in sustainable production. Amanda has also coordinated administrative and strategic planning efforts as Project Manager at both DAFAE-Sapiens and Centro de Idiomas. Amanda's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from MBA USP/Esalq, a Bachelor's Degree in Ingénierie des systèmes d'information from Grenoble INP - UGA, and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
