Lisa Loch has over 24 years of experience in human resources, payroll, and systems management. Currently serving as Manager HR Services at Helping Hand Aged Care since June 2007, Lisa oversees the HR Services Team, focusing on payroll, recruitment, and centralized rostering while enhancing employee experience through effective business systems and stakeholder collaboration. Previous roles at Helping Hand Aged Care include Manager Payroll Services and Systems, HR Services Team Leader, and HR Process Improvement Officer, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management for over 2000 staff and system audits. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Resident Billing and Payroll Administrator at Padman Health Care, where tasks included processing resident accounts and payroll for 1200 staff, and held roles at Westpac and Deloitte in debt recovery and bookkeeping.
