Dmytro Pylypenko has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Dmytro started as a Web Developer in 2010 as a Freelancer (self employed). In 2013, they took on the role of Team Lead at Seo-Design, UI/UX Design, where they were responsible for the development of online stores and CRM systems and managing a team of 5 people. In 2014, they became the Web Dev Team Lead at Mobilunity, managing the entire development of the company as a leading architect and leading several development teams. In 2015, they founded Envire and served as the CEO. In 2017, they co-founded Lean Systems Corporation. In 2018, they were a Senior Full Stack Developer at Intellectsoft and a Senior Full Stack Developer and Solution Architect at Mobile Roadie. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Technology Officer, Team Lead, and Solutions Architect, and Senior Backend Developer and Software Architect at HelpCrunch.

Dmytro Pylypenko attained a Master's degree in Software development from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) between 2011 and 2014. Prior to this, they earned an Engineer's degree in Software development from Kyiv Electronic Devices Technical High School between 2007 and 2011.
