Daniel Farrell is the SVP of Homelessness Prevention, Assessment & Research at HELP USA. Daniel previously served as the Shelter Director at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House from January 2006 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of Lenox Hill’s 100 bed women’s shelter, ensuring internal accountability for overall service delivery, accurate and timely reporting to funders, and supervising all program supervisors. Daniel also served as the liaison with all external funding sources and government entities, and collaborated closely with the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) contract manager, assistant and deputy Commissioners at directors' meetings and functions.

Prior to their work at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, Farrell was employed at Hunter College School of Social Work.

Daniel Farrell has a degree in psychoanalytic psychotherapy from the New York Institute for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology. Daniel also has a Master of Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work.
