Ackeem Dixon, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Social Services at HELP USA since May 2021, after progressing through roles such as Assistant Director and Case Manager at the same organization. In October 2023, Ackeem began a new position as Assistant Team Leader for Safe Options Support at Argus Community, Inc. Additionally, Ackeem has held the position of Shift Supervisor Relief at Black Veterans for Social Justice since September 2019 and previously worked as a Shift Supervisor at Samaritan Daytop Village, Inc. and as a Resident Manager at CAMBA. Prior experience includes a role as Security Officer with Allied Universal. Ackeem holds a Master of Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York, earned in April 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services obtained from the same institution in 2021. Education was initiated at Transit Tech Career And Technical Education High School, where graduation occurred in 2013.
