Nicholas Frazier is an experienced professional in the behavioral health field, currently serving as Operations Manager at Help, Hope, Solutions LLC since November 2021. In this role, Nicholas oversees insurance-related processes, including benefit checks, authorizations, and claim adjustments for clients with various insurance companies. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Site Coordinator at Life Skills Autism Academy from August 2019 to November 2021, where similar insurance management tasks were performed. Earlier experience includes providing holistic in-home care as a Home Care Provider with E & E Developmental Services of North Texas, and serving as an ABA Therapist with Unlocking The Spectrum LLC, focusing on individualized behavioral interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
