Katrina Ivinac has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katrina most recently worked at Heloo as a Customer Care Specialist - KYC starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Caseworker and Reimbursement Specialist at Innomar Strategies from March 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they were the main point of contact for patients, physicians, and insurance companies, effectively addressing complex problems and ensuring uninterrupted treatment plans.
