Susan Dubin is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Helmet House, Inc. since August 2015, Susan has previously held senior positions including Senior Consultant at Human Resources Consulting and Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Montage Insurance Solutions. Expertise encompasses strategic planning, employee relations, recruiting, training, and compliance, supplemented by a strong foundation in payroll, compensation, and process improvement. Notable past leadership includes roles as VP of Human Resources & Administration at Baseline Studio Systems and Director of Human Resources at Vanguard Electronics, demonstrating a consistent record of effective management and operational oversight.
