Frank Unger is an attorney at Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A. since November 2022, following a role as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender from September 2019 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Philip E. Haines in the Superior Court of New Jersey and working as a Law Clerk at Daniel M. Rosenberg & Associates, LLC. Frank began legal training as a Certified Legal Intern at the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office and completed several internships, including roles at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender and the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General - Division of Gaming Enforcement. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
