Francis M. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public service and education. Currently serving as a Committeeman for Woolwich Township, New Jersey since January 2024, Francis M. previously held the position of Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology & Criminal Justice at Rutgers University - Camden from November 2022 to December 2023. A retired Captain and Bureau Chief with the New Jersey State Police, Francis M. has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan College of South Jersey in the Department of Criminal Justice. Francis M. is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where service included various roles in Security Forces from September 1995 to February 2003. Francis M. earned a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy Analysis from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University - Camden.
