Merve Cruz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and sales operations within the lithium and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Partnership and Strategic Sourcing Director at HELM AG since October 2017, Merve has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Sales Operations Planning and Director of US Projects. Prior to this, Merve worked at Helm Kimya Ltd. Şti. as a Product Manager in chemicals from April 2010 to September 2017. Merve holds a Master of Business Administration from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, complemented by an educational background from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and Sakıp Sabancı Anadolu Lisesi.
