Paula van den Berg is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management and recruitment. Currently serving as HR Manager for DC Europe & Benelux at Helly Hansen since May 2024, Paula previously held the position of HR Partner at Stichting Swalm en Roer from February 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Weir Minerals from September 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities spanned performance management, compensation, organizational development, and international mobility. At Unique Multilingual, Paula held various positions from March 2005 to September 2018, advancing from Account Intercedent to Senior Manager, overseeing recruitment processes and client relations while managing operational improvements and compliance with Dutch labor laws. Paula obtained an MA in Linguistics from the University of Amsterdam and a BA in Linguistics from The University of Manchester.
