Dinah Shafry has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dinah is currently working as a Customer Success Team Lead at Stake since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Menulog as an Account Manager from May 2021 to January 2023. Dinah also has experience in the tourism industry, having worked at Wendy Wu Tours Australia as a Customer Services Team Leader from December 2020 to May 2021 and as a Customer Service Specialist from November 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they worked as a Travel Consultant at Peterpans Adventure Travel from June 2017 to November 2019 and at Paradise Adventure Travel from January 2017 to May 2017. Additionally, they have experience in sales, having worked as a Sales Representative at HelloFresh in April 2016. Furthermore, they have conducted project management work related to cellular aging at Epigenetics of Skin Aging in 2015, focusing on the molecular and cellular pathogenesis of Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome.

Dinah Shafry earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology, with a focus in General Biology, from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2016. In 2015, they briefly studied at the University of Haifa, and in 2014, they pursued studies in Life Sciences at the National University of Singapore. In terms of additional certifications, Dinah obtained the RG 146 General Knowledge certification from Financial Education Professionals in 2023. Dinah also completed courses in SQL, Project Management (Stakeholder Management), and Negotiation Skills for Professionals at the Centre for Continuing Education in 2022 and 2021.
