Yovav Antebi has a diverse work experience, spanning different roles and industries. Most recently, they served as a Co-Builder & Senior Software Engineer at Simply, formerly JoyTunes, starting in July 2021.

Before that, Yovav worked at Donisi Health from August 2018 to July 2021, where they held the position of DSP/SW Algorithm Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for system algorithm design and managed a team of three. Yovav also oversaw the cross-department process from research to production and had expertise in AI, classic image and signal processing on cloud and general-purpose computers.

Prior to Donisi Health, Yovav worked at ContinUse Biometrics from February 2016 to August 2018 as a DSP/SW Algorithm Engineer. Their responsibilities included optimizing and accelerating performance, conducting research, and implementing algorithms. Yovav possessed strong skills in algorithm methods such as FIR, IIR, FFT, fixed-point design, and had expertise in software tools such as C/C++, FFTW, OpenCV, and MATLAB.

Yovav's early career included working at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps. Yovav served as a System Hardware Engineer from April 2012 to January 2016, focusing on delivering hardware-software projects, researching and implementing innovative intelligence systems, and improving performance through HDL capabilities. Prior to that, they held the role of Software Developer from October 2010 to December 2012, specializing in high-speed and low-level programming. Yovav also served as an FPGA Hardware Engineer from October 2006 to December 2010, working on large FPGA development and creating algorithms for data filtering and decoding. Additionally, they worked as a PCB Hardware Engineer from August 2004 to October 2006, gaining experience in high-speed printed circuit board design and developing interface modules.

Yovav Antebi began their education at the Amal College of Engineering from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Practical Engineer, specializing in Electronics and Computer Engineering. Yovav then went on to attend the Holon Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Communications & Digital Signal Processing (DSP).

In addition to their formal education, Yovav Antebi has also obtained several certifications. Yovav completed the "Machine Learning Hands-On with Python" course from Udemy in March 2019 and the "Machine Learning Hands-On with Matlab" course from Systematics, Inc. in September 2018. Yovav also completed the "Machine Learning - Stanford" course on Coursera in August 2018. Yovav obtained further certifications in various subjects, including Arduino programming from Udemy in January 2018, Digital Signal Processing with Matlab from Udemy in February 2017, and Model-Based Design with Simulink from Systematics, Inc. in January 2017. Yovav also completed an RF & Microwave Engineering Course offered by Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps in March 2007.
