Tal Ron started their work experience in 2010 as an IT Architect at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps. Tal then worked in various roles within the organization, including Project Specialist, Software Team Lead, and R&D Team member. In 2017, they became unemployed until joining JoyTunes in 2019 as a Software Engineer.

Tal Ron pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.
