Noam Tor has a diverse work experience starting from 2016 at Intel Corporation as a Product Analyst, where they collaborated with product owners, developers, and data scientists to create machine learning solutions for sales and marketing problems. They also supported various product life cycles by conducting requirements analysis and coordinated with global partners and stakeholders.

In 2017, Noam joined Tel Aviv University, where they worked as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant. They also served as a Research Assistant, focusing on developing and evaluating a quantitative curiosity assessment tool under the supervision of Dr. Goren Gordon, head of the Curiosity Lab.

From 2020 onwards, Noam joined Simply (formerly JoyTunes) as a Growth Analyst, responsible for performing data analysis, designing experiments, and A/B tests. They also built data pipelines and BI tools to improve research processes and optimize UA campaigns. Currently, they hold the position of Data Lead, leading a team of four Growth Analysts and overseeing the development and optimization of ML-based growth prediction models. They also build and implement data models and infrastructures to enhance the team's analytical capabilities.

Noam Tor completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering and Management at Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering (Business Analytics) at the same university from 2017 to 2019.
