Kevin Cruz currently serves as the Head of Finance at Sage since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Director of Finance at Stylitics from October 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included FP&A and business analysis. Kevin's experience in investment banking includes roles at HT Capital Advisors, LLC, and Mavericks Capital, LLC, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for middle market companies and emerging growth sectors, particularly in healthcare and life sciences. Kevin started their career with internships at Fenox Venture Capital, Intellectual Ventures, Synergetic Finance, and PitchBook Data, Inc., gaining valuable experience in various facets of finance and investment. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
