Ethan Gracer has a diverse work background with experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Lead Product Manager at Sage, where they played a key role in scaling the company as it grows. Ethan also has experience as a Wilderness Trip Leader at Wilderness Ventures, a Technology Consultant at New Signature, and a Canoeing Activity Head at Camp Kandalore.

Ethan Gracer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Philosophy from Williams College from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they attended the School for International Training to study Wildlife Conservation and Political Ecology in Tanzania. Ethan also participated in a summer semester program at NOLS in 2011. Additionally, Ethan obtained certifications such as EMT-B from the New York State Department of Health and Basic Life Support (CPR, AED) from the American Heart Association in June 2018. Ethan also earned a Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in January 2011.
