Ethan Gracer has a diverse work background with experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Lead Product Manager at Sage, where they played a key role in scaling the company as it grows. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at Sage, where they collaborated with Product Ops & Engineering to define an agile process, managed the vendor selection and implementation of smartphones, and conducted on-site deployments and training for new customers.

Before joining Sage, Ethan worked at Google as a Product Solutions Engineer, where they served as a technical account manager for both enterprise and small/medium businesses. Ethan also worked as a Product Management & Engineering Fellow at Google.org, where they contributed to the research and development of a social services discovery web app in response to COVID-19.

Earlier in their career, Ethan worked as a Software Engineer at Jet, where they built a customer service chatbot and managed internal web applications. Ethan also worked as a Full-Stack Software Engineer at NAVIS, where they developed survey building and analysis tools. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Field Guide and Field Guide at Aspiro Wilderness Adventure Therapy, where they focused on the safety and well-being of students and facilitated therapeutic intervention through outdoor activities.

Ethan also has experience as a Wilderness Trip Leader at Wilderness Ventures, a Technology Consultant at New Signature, and a Canoeing Activity Head at Camp Kandalore.

Throughout their career, Ethan has demonstrated strong technical and managerial skills, as well as a commitment to innovation and problem-solving.

Ethan Gracer completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Philosophy from Williams College from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they attended the School for International Training to study Wildlife Conservation and Political Ecology in Tanzania. Ethan also participated in a summer semester program at NOLS in 2011. Additionally, Ethan obtained certifications such as EMT-B from the New York State Department of Health and Basic Life Support (CPR, AED) from the American Heart Association in June 2018. Ethan also earned a Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS Wilderness Medicine in January 2011.
