Natasha Nguyen (nee Beetz) is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior People and Capability Advisor at Icon Group since May 2023, Natasha previously held positions at Kerry, including HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Advisor from January 2019 to April 2023. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Terex Corporation, Human Resources Representative at John Deere, and Human Resources Associate International at Kellogg Brown and Root pty ltd, where responsibilities included coordinating expatriate mobilizations to APAC regions and managing various HR functions. Early career experiences include working as a Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator/Accounts Clerk at Eagle Boys Pizza and in roles at Kmart Australia Limited. Natasha holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Griffith University.
