Dalia Eid is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Vice President, General Counsel for North America at HelloFresh since October 2018, Dalia Eid has held several key legal roles, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel within the same organization. Prior to this, Dalia Eid worked as Counsel at Es Par Ta, an international fashion start-up dedicated to traditional shoemaking. Dalia Eid's experience includes positions at Squire Patton Boggs and Patton Boggs LLP, as well as law clerk roles at the U.S. Department of Justice and Orleans Public Defenders. Dalia Eid began a legal career as an Honors Paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission. Educationally, Dalia Eid holds a Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School, a Sustainable Capitalism and ESG Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in International Relations and French and Francophone Studies from William & Mary.
