Angela Grayson has over a decade of experience in customer care management, currently serving as Associate Director Customer Care at HelloFresh since July 2018. In this role, Angela manages a team of up to 300 employees, focusing on achieving operational and financial KPIs while navigating the challenges of rapid growth. Prior to this position, Angela served as Contact Centre Manager for HelloFresh, overseeing daily operations across multiple communication channels in both Sydney and Manila. Angela's earlier experience includes roles as Campaign Manager and Senior Team Leader at Peakbound Holdings Pty from March 2014 to May 2018. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Retail and Business Management from Bournemouth University, completed in 2007.
