Krista Lee Berardi, LMHC, NCC, currently operates a private practice at Grow Therapy since November 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Area Director and Program Director at Sevita from May 2021 to November 2023, and as Vice President of the Board at Community Services of Greater Brockton from October 2020 to June 2023. Krista also served as Clinic Director at South Bay Community Services from August 2020 until the acquisition by Sevita Health, and held multiple positions at Aspire Health Alliance, including Assistant Director, Outpatient Clinician, and Clinical Recovery Specialist from October 2015 to August 2020. Earlier career experiences include working as a Neuropsychology Assistant at Longwood Neuropsychology and completing clinical internships at Boston Medical Center and Walden Behavioral Care. Krista's educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine from the Boston University School of Medicine (2013-2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Boston University (2007-2011), alongside formative education at Mount Saint Charles Academy.
