Hailey Phillips is currently working as an Esthetician at Hello Sugar. Prior to this role, Hailey gained experience as a Talent Partner at V3 Talent Partners Inc. and as a Special Event Manager at Cinnamon and Sage Catering. Hailey also worked as an Insurance Sales Representative at Belgrade Insurance Agency. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Montana State University-Bozeman and obtained a Basic Esthetics License from Paul Mitchell the School-Salt Lake City.
