Heike Matthiesen is a versatile career coach at BYOM Academy, where the focus is on guiding individuals to become "Spotify Pro" since November 2021. As the managing director of Archiv Frau und Musik since October 2017, Heike contributes to promoting women's contributions to music. With an extensive background as a classical guitarist, spanning solo performances, chamber music, masterclasses, and jury roles in international competitions, Heike has maintained a personal practice since May 1993. Previous experience includes serving as an orchestral assistant for string instruments at Oper Frankfurt from October 1986 to October 2006. Academically, Heike holds an Abitur from Goethe-Gymnasium Neu-Isenburg and a Diplom in Guitar from Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst.
