Emily Szabo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager at Randolph County Schools, where they successfully guided and advised students while also managing the planning process for prom. In 2019, they joined HORSEFRIENDS as a Social Media Coordinator and Web Design Intern, where they demonstrated their skills in digital marketing and collaborated on various campaigns. Emily then transitioned to Charles Aris Inc. as a Senior Executive Researcher and Talent Sourcer, utilizing methodical thinking strategies and data analysis to improve search methods and streamline CRM usage. Currently, Emily is working at Hello Heart as a Senior Talent Sourcer and Sourcing Lead & Talent Operations, responsible for sourcing candidates and partnering with the recruiting team to enhance recruiting processes and talent analytics.

Emily Szabo earned a Master's Degree in Library & Information Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Baldwin Wallace University from 2009 to 2013.
