Kalle Jegers is a seasoned professional in the fields of UX and Interaction Design, currently serving as the Director of Insights at Hello Future since 2011. Previously, Kalle worked as a Senior Researcher at Interactive Institute Swedish ICT AB from August 2013 to February 2015 and held various academic positions at Umeå University from January 2001 to July 2013, including Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics. At Umeå University, Kalle developed and managed the Cross Media Interaction Design Master Program and conducted research focusing on Cross Media. Kalle earned a Ph.D. in Informatics from Umeå University, with studies spanning from 1997 to 2009.
