Isabella Capasso is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in legal project management and sales operations. Currently serving as a Legal Project Manager and Sales Operations Lead at Flare since August 2021, Isabella has been instrumental in building the repeat sales department for a start-up focused on legal care. Previously, at Health IQ from December 2018 to July 2021, Isabella held roles as Associate Manager of Case Management and Case Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams, meeting aggressive performance targets, and improving operational processes. Additional experience spans roles in sales and administrative support across various companies, including In Flight Media and Z57, Inc., along with a foundational internship at The Zack Company, Inc. Isabella holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from DePauw University.
