Damien Cuillery has had a long and varied career in the digital industry. Damien started off as a freelance Art Director in 1994, working for clients such as Fondation Sandoz and R\u00e9union des mus\u00e9es Nationaux. In 1997, they became a System Developer for Soho Internetworks (RunTime Technologies). In 2000, they moved to Framfab as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for internet-expertise, operating organization, pre-sales offers, and other tasks. In 2003, they became a Managing Partner and Key Account Manager for Wcube. In 2006, they started a new branch of megalo in Paris and then operated the merge of megalo(s) with CRM Company. Damien then served as General Manager for megalo & company, leading the creative and digital production teams. In 2013, they became a Partner at OgilvyOne Worldwide, where they lead projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, Prince, Dove, Vittel, Mattel, and Louis Vuitton. Damien also co-founded Be Chef that same year, where they were the CMO and was responsible for the product and service design and marketing and communications. Finally, in 2015, they became a Creative Strategist for Milvus, and in 2017 they founded and became the CEO of Hello Birdie.

Damien Cuillery's education history includes a Master of Engineering from EFREI Paris in Computer Science from 1995 to 1998, a DESS from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in MBA from 1998 to 1999, an MS Computer Science from EFREI Paris in Computer Vision from 1995 to 1998, and a Master of Engineering from EFREI Paris in Computer Science from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, they attended St Jean de Bethune, though no degree was obtained. In October 2014, they obtained a Negotiations Skills certification from Scotworks.
