Tom C. Xiong is a skilled Quality Systems Engineer with extensive experience in managing quality management systems and conducting audits within the manufacturing sector. Since December 2015, Tom has been with HellermannTyton North America, overseeing the internal audit program for various ISO standards, performing manufacturing process audits, and coordinating customer audits. Prior to this, Tom served as a Quality Systems Engineer at Purepower Technologies Metalcastings Group, where responsibilities included developing quality system procedures and managing audits. Tom's background also includes roles as a Quality Engineer and Industrial Engineer within the same organization, complemented by an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
