Kerri Westberg is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in sourcing top technology and executive leadership talent across various industries. Currently serving as a Principal at Heller Search Associates since October 2021, Kerri specializes in recruiting Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, and technology leaders, while advocating for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prior roles include working as a Recruiter at Exponent, where recruitment focused on engineering and scientific consulting, and as Executive Search Director at GattiHR with a focus on HR executive positions. Kerri also contributed as a Senior HR Business Partner and Community Engagement Associate at Cradles to Crayons, and engaged in executive search projects as a Consulting and Executive Search Program Fellow at Third Sector New England.
