Phil Lehrer has had a long and varied career in engineering. Phil began their career in 1977 at Rudolph Technologies as an Electro-mechanical Systems Engineer. Phil then moved up to Manager of Automation Systems Group and Manager of Manufacturing/Test Engineering. In 2003, they moved to Breeze-Eastern as a Service Facility/Product Support Manager. In 2011, they joined GE Aviation as a Product Support Engineer and then moved to Heller Industries as an Electrical Engineer. Phil then progressed to Electrical Engineering and Lab Manager, Engineering Lab and Documentation Manager, and Senior Electrical Engineer. Finally, they joined Veeco in 2015 as a Product Support Engineer.
Phil Lehrer attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSEET).
