Konstantinos Delikostopoulos graduated from Athens College in 1990 as Valedictorian, holder of the Howland Prize and President of the Student Council. He studied at the London School of Economics and the Université Paris 2, receiving the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Maîtrise en droit respectively. He continued his studies at the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, where he received a Masters in private law magna cum laude and was awarded a Doctor of Laws summa cum laude in 2000. He was an annual visiting researcher at Harvard Law School. He was a scholarship holder of the French state and the Onassis Foundation. Afterwards, he was elected and served as an assistant professor of private law at the aforementioned University of Paris. He was also a regular lecturer at the relevant Institute of Forensic Studies.

In the 2010s, he served two terms as Executive Vice President of the independent authority called the National Telecommunications and Postal Commission (EETT). He is a lawyer at the Supreme Court and a scientific associate at the Scientific Council of the Parliament. He is a member of the Board of Directors. of the Association of Friends of Music.
