Fred Businge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and youth development. As a Youth Leader at Educate! since January 2018, Fred focuses on empowering secondary school students in personal vision development and entrepreneurship skills, while collaborating with community mentors to facilitate skill implementation. Concurrently, Fred has been serving as an ICT Technician/Instructor at Masindi Municipal Council since November 2012, where responsibilities include training staff and the community in computer applications, managing ICT Hub equipment, updating the municipal website, and providing technical support. Additionally, Fred has experience as a Data Entrant at TASO Masindi, where duties included managing patient data within a management information system. Fred holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology.
