Irina Pilkova is an experienced ECM Architect currently at Helix International since September 2022, and previously has held various positions at IBM since May 2011, including BDEM in Digital Business Automation and ECM FileNet Consultant, where significant contributions to client solutions, project management, and technical leadership were made. Irina has a track record of driving business automation services, fostering relationships with business partners and clients, and delivering effective training and presentations. Prior roles include Business Analyst at Galantis and Program Accompany Specialist at Galaktika Soft Ltd, where Irina focused on business process analysis, requirements documentation, and customer support. Irina holds an honours degree in IT management and project management from the Moscow Academy of National Economy, as well as degrees in World Economy and International Management from Tyumen State University.
