Kenan Sabban is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product technical support and customer success management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Technical Support at BioTrack since April 2016. Previously, Kenan held positions as Assistant Used Car Manager at Rick Case VW and Senior Account Executive at Royal Designs, where expertise in brand development and client relationship management was demonstrated. Kenan's career also includes significant accomplishments as Brand Director at Pages Cafe, overseeing a comprehensive rebranding initiative, and as Account Executive at Saatchi & Saatchi, where new business acquisition and client communication strategies were effectively executed. Kenan holds an Associate’s Degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Canada.
