Adeline de Guibert has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Adeline is currently a Senior Project Manager at Heliot Europe GmbH, where they are responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality. Adeline collaborates with various teams to achieve outstanding results and identifies new customer needs and industry trends. Prior to this, Adeline worked at SIGFOX from 2015 to 2022, where they held the position of Operations Manager. In this role, they managed procurement activities, production monitoring, after-sales service, and logistics. Adeline also had responsibilities for internal resources, budgeting, and department strategy. Before SIGFOX, they worked at Airbus as a Project Engineer, where they led projects related to resource tracking, budgeting, and tool development. Adeline's early career included internships at different companies, such as Airbus, Les Metaux Tremblay inc., DV Construction, and thyssenkrupp Steel, where they gained experience in areas such as process improvement, coordination, and analysis.

Adeline de Guibert obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2010. Concurrently, they pursued a Master's degree in Material and Structure Specialization at EPF Engineering School, which they completed in the same year.
