Mary Anderson began their work experience as a Product and Sales Consultant at ADP from April 1993 to March 2002. Mary then worked as an HRIS Project Manager at Medica from June 2002 to April 2003. Following that, Mary joined Ecolab and held various roles including HR Lead Business Systems Analyst from August 2003 to January 2014, HCM Vendor Selection, HR Process Lead, and Global Workday Implementation from January 2014 to December 2016, and Director of HR Business Process & Readiness from January 2017 to January 2019.
