Koen Hollander is a Functioneel beheerder at Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland since March 2020, responsible for maintaining significant software packages. Currently in training as a Communicatieadviseur Commando Plaats Incident, Koen will provide communication advice during incidents. As an intranet editor, Koen writes and edits internal news articles, and has held various roles including RCC-ondersteuner, project leader for replacing AV equipment at fire stations, and Scrum Master. Koen also serves as a Paaldansinstructeur at Elisa Jo's Studio, a Penningmeester at Stichting Be Pride, and a guest lecturer at NOVI Hogeschool. Additionally, Koen has experience as a Mystery Shopper with multiple organizations and has been an instructor on Udemy since January 2019. Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskundige informatica from NOVI Hogeschool and various certifications in ICT and media development.
