Ross White has a strong background in laboratory work. Ross started their career at Neogen Corporation in 2017 as a Research Technician, where they performed various laboratory procedures for microbiology research and designed individual experiments. Ross then joined Viridis Labs in 2019 as a Laboratory Scientist and Safety Officer, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are working at Helio Genomics as a Laboratory Technician.

Ross White attended Michigan State University, where they pursued a degree in Genomics and Molecular Genetics. Ross'sstudies at the university were completed in 2017.
