Ruairi Baker is a Materials Scientist at Helio Display Materials, focusing on developing processes for the fabrication of colour-converting sub-pixel layers. Previously, Ruairi worked at Infineum as a Formulation Scientist, where they formulated a variety of dispersions and collaborated with external experts to design and commission a paints and coatings lab module. Prior to this, Ruairi engaged in research on plastic formulation and additive opportunities during a Royal Society Industry Summer Research Studentship at the University of Warwick. Ruairi also has experience in financial assistance and sales support roles at various companies. They hold a MChem (Hons) Chemistry degree from the University of Warwick.
