Experience also encompasses roles in human resources and operations, demonstrating expertise in training development, personnel management, and sales strategy across multiple organizations, such as Bridgeview Estates and Hunter Douglas. Notably, Sandra achieved a significant sales increase during tenure at The Modesto Bee, advancing revenue from $50,000 to $2.5 million over several years.
