Douglas Jackley is an experienced helicopter pilot with a career spanning several decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Helicopter Captain at Helicopters Inc since June 2018, Jackley specializes in Electronic News Gathering in the San Francisco Bay Area, piloting B206L4 and AS350B2 helicopters. Prior experience includes roles as a Training Captain for East Bay Regional Park District, where Jackley oversaw fire fighting and medical transport operations, and as an Air Ambulance Pilot with CJ Systems Aviation. Additional positions include Chief Flight Instructor at multiple organizations and Standardization Instructor Pilot with the U.S. Army. Jackley holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by numerous military and aviation certifications.
