Eric Stevens is currently the Director of Engineering at Helfrich Brothers Boiler Works, having assumed the role in October 2023. Prior to this position, Eric served at Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA) from January 2020 to October 2023, first as Senior Proposal Engineer and subsequently as Manager of Mechanical Design Engineering while also overseeing supervisory duties. Eric's career at BTA began in 2000 as Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising design engineers and reviewing sales orders and customer specifications. Earlier experience at BTA from 1993 to 2000 as Project Engineer involved collaboration with sales personnel and project managers, including field measurements for boiler replacement components. Eric holds an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Spartanburg Community College and a certificate in Professional Real Estate Inspection from the Inspection Certification Association.
